3. Products
We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish or specifications may occur.
VERO reserves the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payments
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
VERO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped.

5. Shipping
Shipments are carried out in accordance with our shipping policy.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After notifying us of the return, the product must be sent back within 14 days.
The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty
VERO stands behind the quality of its products.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, we ask customers to contact us within a reasonable period at shop.veropadel@gmail.com.
Normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text and designs, is the property of VERO and may not be used without written permission.

9. Liability
VERO is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
